We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@risewellness.fit with your order number and reason for return. Weโ€™ll provide return instructions.


๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@risewellness.fit within 7 days of receiving your order.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.

Late or missing refunds? First check your bank account. If itโ€™s still not visible, contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@risewellness.fit.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare or wellness products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
